Team Fees
COACHING PACKAGE
*Minimum of 6 sessions
*$90/hr (for the entire team - up to 8 players - additional players $11/hr)
*Team Sponsorship fee ($75 per team for USTA Leagues, $35 for Doubles Leagues) is waived
LEWIS TENNIS TEAM SPONSORSHIP ONLY
*$100 per team for USTA League (5 line league)
*$ 50 per team for Doubles Leagues(3 line league)
